Wierd Experience:

My first 100M which was Angeles Crest 100,many of the runners mentioned that it is very hard but after I finished I did feel the was a great run not hard.

Challenge:

Leadville 100,1995,was raining very hard and was freezing.

Ultras are very challenging, self discovery through the challenges (mental & physical) and also I meet the most caring and friendly people

Other Experience:

Twice bicycling from San Francisco to Glendale and twice from Glendale to San Francisco .
1995 and 1996 I did Califorinia AIDS Ride which is a ride from San Francisco to Westwood total of miles an each ride was 575 miles.
Others bicycling events like Centuries and double Centuries. Also triathlons.
